What happens when you come in

Chiropractic is a primary healthcare profession, so you do not need a referral from your GP. You can simply book.

Your first appointment takes about 45 minutes. I start by taking a full case history, covering the problem that you’ve come in with, your general health and anything relevant in your medical background. I then carry out a physical examination. Once I have a clear picture I explain what I have found and we agree what you would like to do next before any treatment begins.

There is a private changing area and a gown if you need one, though for many problems there is no need to change at all. If I do not think chiropractic is the right approach for your problem, I will tell you and refer you back to your GP or on to a specialist.

About your chiropractor, Leslie Budzynski

I have been in practice for 39 years and I do not tire of watching people get their movement back. I qualified in Bournemouth in 1987, spent thirteen years in practice in London before returning to Dorset. I am registered with the General Chiropractic Council under registration number 00043 and have been a member of the British Chiropractic Association since 1987.

I am the only chiropractor at Bournemouth Chiropractic, which means you see me every time. I take an evidence-based approach to assessment and treatment and I take the time to explain what I have found so that you understand your own problem rather than simply being treated for it.

Patients come to me from across Bournemouth, Poole and Westbourne, of all ages and all levels of activity.

Where I am. 42 Branksome Hill Road, Bournemouth, BH4 9LE. Five minutes from Westbourne, ten from Poole and Canford Cliffs, with ample free off-road parking directly at the clinic. The building is modern and single storey with easy access.

When I am open. Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 6pm. Saturday, 7.30am to 3pm. Appointments are usually available within 48 hours, including early morning slots before work.
