Pricing and Cancellation Policy: Prices vary by time, location and appointment type; please check current prices at time of booking. Payment by cash or credit or debit card, payable immediately after each appointment.
We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments or those cancelled without 24 hours notice.
Patient Progress or Outcomes: The type and duration of treatment offered will vary between individuals depending on factors including age, medical history, lifestyle and response to treatment.
Your chiropractic treatment plan is a partnership between you (the patient) and your chiropractor. You may be requested to undertake a programme of exercises as part of your treatment plan. Not adhering to these exercises may result in your treatment plan needing to be extended to achieve your goals.
Occasionally chiropractic treatment is not considered appropriate for an individual case and medical or other referral may be required. This would be discussed with you during the appointment. We reserve the right to charge on a pro-rata basis if a consultation is curtailed for any reason.
Medical Reports: Should we need to write a medical report for insurance or referral purposes we reserve the right to change on a time and materials basis.
Feedback and Complaints Procedure: we have a complaints procedure in place to help resolve problems quickly. Our complaints procedure comprises of the following:
- We encourage you to talk with our chiropractor, Leslie Budzynski in confidence.
- Additionally, you may make a formal complaint in writing to Leslie Budzynski at firstname.lastname@example.org We will endeavour to acknowledge your complaint within two working days and give feedback within ten working days.
- Finally, as a last option in extreme cases you may lodge a formal complaint with the General Chiropractic Council at 44 Wicklow Street, London WC1X 9HL or www.gcc-uk.org. Please be advised that this is a serious and lengthy process and should only be undertaken if the other stages in the process fail to resolve your complaint.
